Here is what happens to your personal details when you get in touch with us about a clean.
What we ask for
If you use the quote form or phone us, we take your name, phone number and the postcode of the property, plus your email address and notes about the job if you choose to give them. That is all we ask for and all we keep.
Why we hold it
To quote for the work, to arrange the clean, and to contact you about that booking. The lawful basis is that the processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and afterwards our legitimate interest in running the job.
Keeping your details
If an enquiry does not become a booking, its details are deleted after 12 months. Records of finished jobs are kept for six years, as we may need them for tax purposes or to resolve a dispute.
Who has access
Only the people booking your job and the cleaners who carry it out. We never sell your information or share it with marketing companies. The website is hosted by a third-party provider, and form submissions are passed securely to our booking system.

What you can ask us to do
You are entitled to ask what we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. Call 020 8077 6947 and we will deal with it. If you are unhappy with how we handle your request, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
